Circulation & lending
Borrow, renew, and reserve titles from the general collection using your student or staff card.
- Undergraduate and postgraduate loan periods differ — check your borrower category at the front desk
- Renewals can be requested before the due date if no one else has reserved the title
- Lost or damaged items are subject to the university's replacement policy

E-library & digital access
Networked terminals, e-journals, and databases for research and coursework on campus.
- Over 60 networked terminals available during opening hours
- Access to subscribed e-journal databases for registered users
- Printing and photocopying available at the e-library desk

Reference & research support
One-on-one guidance from library staff for literature searches, citations, and thesis research.
- Book a session with a reference librarian for literature search support
- Guidance on citation styles (APA, MLA, Chicago) for coursework and theses
- Support for postgraduate students preparing for defence

Inter-library loan
Request materials from partner institutions when a title isn't held in our collection.
- Submit a request form at the circulation desk with full bibliographic details
- Processing time varies depending on the partner institution
- A small handling fee may apply for physical delivery
